PROCEDURE OF ADMISSION AND WITHDRAWAL

Application for admission must be made on the prescribed School Registration form. Admissions are done on the basis of interaction for classes it is through as an admission test, strictly on merit. Admission in any class shall always be at the discretion of the Principal.

Age of the pupil at the time of admission to Nursery is 3+ years, Lower K.G. is 4+ years, Upper K.G. is 5+ years.

Students who have already attended school before must produce their Transfer Certificate (T.C.) from the school last attended, and in the case of students coming from schools outside U.P, The Transfer Certificate must be countersigned by the District Inspector of School of the place from which they come from.

For a child who has not attended any school or has attended a private school, an official Birth Certificate or Baptism Certificate (Only for Christian Candidate) in support of the date of birth entered in the admission form must be submitted.

The admission fee together with the fees for the first three months must be paid at the time of admission.

For withdrawal of a student from the school one month's notice must be given on the prescribed T.C. form available in the school office before the 15th of the month or the fee for the following months will be charged.

Students leaving school in April must pay the fee for the months of May and June, and for those leaving in November must pay for December as well.

No transfer or any other certificate will be issued till all dues are cleared.

A duplicate T.C. will only be issued in genuine cases, on the submission of an affidavit countersigned by the District Inspector of Schools.

Documents Required -

AT THE TIME OF TAKING REGISTRATION FORM.

For Nursery Original and one attested photocopy of the Nagar Nigam Birth Certificate + Hospital Discharge slip.

For Lower K.G. and Upper K.G. Bonafide Certificate of the school the child is Presently Attending.

TO BE SUBMITTED WITH THE FORM

One passport size photograph of the child and one photograph of the child along with parents to be affixed on the form size (70mm X 30mm). Original and one attested photocopy of the Nagar Nigam Birth Certificate + Hospital Discharge slip.

Bonafide Student Certificate from the school presently studying for candidates seeking admission in the Lower K.G. & Upper K.G. (Form will not be given or accepted back without Bonafide Student Certificate Attached / Submitted).

Transfer Certificate and Final Report Card from the last school attended for candidates selected for admission in Classes Lower K.G. & Upper K.G.

Forms duly completed in all respects should be submitted in the college office within the allotted dates and time.

Late and Incomplete forms will not be entertained.

Note - NO CHANGE in the DATE OF BIRTH will be accepted later.
